All submitted abstracts will undergo scientific evaluation based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance to the conference topics.
The Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding abstract acceptance and presentation format, taking into account the scientific evaluation and programme availability.
Following a valid submission, a confirmation email containing a unique Abstract ID will be sent to the corresponding author's email address. The corresponding author should retain this identifier for future reference and will receive all communications regarding the abstract submission and scientific review process. Authors will be notified of the decision by 30 April 2027; the notification email will include the final decision and the reviewers' comments approved for communication to the authors.
